Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Society is constitutionally required to hold an AGM. All paid-up members are entitled to attend the AGM and to vote on matters which are put to a poll. Papers for the meeting are sent to members at least two weeks before the meeting, either by email or, where the member does not make use of email, by post. 

Members who have not received the papers within 14 days on the meeting should contact the treasurer.

Date, time and venue

The 2017 AGM will be held on Friday 19 May 2017, starting at 6:45pm.

The venue is St Mary’s Church, St Mary’s Road, Ealing, London W5 5RH (nearest tube: South Ealing)

Recital following the AGM

There will be a special recital following the AGM at 7:30pm, with a ticket discount for Alkan Society members. Mark Viner and SoYeong Kim will play works for four hands (both piano duet and piano duo) by Gottschalk, Alkan and Liszt.
